Soothe Sleep Tea does not issue refunds at this time. However, we take our customer satisfaction seriously and we will gladly give you a store credit or reship your order if your package arrives damaged AND unuseable. In order to receive a new order please send a picture of the damaged items to support@soothesleeptea.com. Note: new orders are only shipped once we've received photos of damages.
